Qualifications

All persons 18 years of age or older must complete an application.  

All applicants must meet the following rental criteria.  

​

• Household income: 3 times the rent in income to support and meet the financial obligations of the property. 

• Verifiable address history

• Positive rental references

• No judgements on applicant’s court records

• No outstanding accounts related to rent owed

• No unpaid utilities including cable, phone, and internet

• Credit score of 600+

• No evictions or unlawful detainers in the past three years.

• No felonies in the last 7 years

False or misleading application information is grounds for immediate denial.

 

At Owner’s sole discretion a marginal application may be accepted and may require an additional security deposit.
